Presseaussendung: StadtPresse Am ehemaligen ASK-Platz in der Ebentaler Straße wurden  Wohnungen der kürzlich fertig gestellten, ersten Baustufe übergeben.  Insgesamt entstehen auf dem Areal gegenüber dem Schulzentrum St. Peter in der Ebentaler Straße 64 neue Wohneinheiten. Nach nur eineinhalb Jahren Bauzeit wurden von Bürgermeisterin Dr. Maria-Luise Mathiaschitz und Wohnbaureferent Stadtrat Frank Frey gemeinsam mit Vizebürgermeister Christian Scheider die ersten 38 Wohnungen an die glücklichen Mieterinnen und Mieter übergeben. Der zweite Teil folgt im Herbst. Bürgermeisterin Dr. Maria-Luise Mathiaschitz dankte den FORTSCHRITT – Direktoren Ing. Franz Armbrust und Wolfram Stöby sowie Baumeister Ing. Erich Schöffmann. Die Wohnungsvergabe liegt ausschließlich bei der Stadt Klagenfurt.
